Pokhara. Sujal Dairy Pvt. Ltd., one of Nepal’s leading dairy industries, has opened a ‘Lovebirds Premium Ice Cream’ parlour at Barahi Chowk in Lakeside, the popular tourist hub of Pokhara.

The new parlour was inaugurated amid a ceremony held under the chief hospitality of Sunil Shrestha, Executive Director of Laxmi Group. The event was attended by local dignitaries, tourism entrepreneurs, channel partners and ice cream enthusiasts. The company believes that the operation of the new parlour will contribute to promoting quality local dairy products in Pokhara, creating employment opportunities and supporting local tourism.

The new parlour, which officially began operations on Monday, has been designed with a modern, comfortable and family-friendly environment, according to the company.

The parlour has been introduced with the objective of expanding Sujal Dairy’s decades-long experience in the dairy industry, commitment to quality, standards-based production system and collaboration with local dairy farmers into a consumer-focused premium retail business.

Lovebirds has divided its ice cream offerings into three categories for consumers of all age groups, focusing on innovation, distinctive flavours and consumer experience while using high-quality ingredients. Under the Classic Flavours category, a small scoop is priced at Rs. 150 and a regular scoop at Rs. 230. Similarly, a small scoop of Premium Flavours costs Rs. 175 and a regular scoop Rs. 255, while a small scoop of Exotic Flavours is priced at Rs. 225 and a regular scoop at Rs. 310.

With high quality and a wide variety of flavours, Lovebirds has continued its commitment to making the premium ice cream experience accessible to consumers.

The new parlour at Barahi Chowk is Lovebirds’ fourth outlet in Nepal and its second outlet in Pokhara. The company has already been operating outlets at Naxal in Kathmandu, Chipledhunga in Pokhara and Maharajgunj in Kathmandu. Sujal Dairy has stated that it plans to further expand its retail presence across the country in the coming days.
