Pokhara: The Kaski District Youth Chamber has been formed under the initiative of the Chamber of Commerce Kaski with the objective of promoting youth entrepreneurship, leadership development, and active youth participation in the business sector.

Durga Nath Lamichhane (DN) has been selected as president of the newly formed Youth Chamber. The newly elected executive committee comprises Pawan Tiwari as vice-president, Govinda Sharma Paudel as secretary, and Madhav Bhandari as treasurer.

Speaking as the chief guest at the program, Yamnath Paudel highlighted that young people are important pillars of the country’s economic and business development. He emphasized the need to develop entrepreneurial thinking, leadership skills, and innovative business concepts among the youth. He expressed confidence that the Youth Chamber would play a significant role in bringing young people together and creating new opportunities in business and entrepreneurship.

On the occasion, Umraj Bastola, president of Pokhara Chamber of Commerce Kaski, extended his heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected president, office-bearers, and all members, wishing them a successful tenure.

The newly formed Youth Chamber is expected to make a significant contribution to promoting youth entrepreneurship, enhancing professional capabilities, and increasing the active participation of young people in the district’s economic development.
