Pokhara: Sujal Dairy, a leading company under Laxmi Group known for its production of milk and dairy products, has introduced ‘Safal Cow Ghee’ to the Pokhara market.

The company states that ‘Safal Cow Ghee’ is made from pure cow’s milk using advanced technology, resulting in pure, granular, and aromatic ghee. It is believed to enhance the taste of dishes significantly.

Enriched with nutrients like Vitamin A, ‘Safal Cow Ghee’ is claimed to help improve vision, boost immunity, and maintain healthy skin.

Not only does ‘Safal Cow Ghee’ make dishes more delicious and nutritious, but the company highlights it as the perfect companion for traditional Nepali meals like dal-bhat. It is also suitable for making various sweets and can be used as a topping for bread and parathas.

Reflecting Nepali religious and cultural values, this ghee is considered ideal for preparing Panchamrit, which is used in Hindu traditional rituals and worship.

Although the half-liter pack of ‘Safal Cow Ghee’ is priced at NPR 750, it is currently available at a special launch price of NPR 725 in Pokhara, as per Sujal Dairy.

This ghee comes in modern IML (In-Mold Label) tub packaging, which is reusable and a standout feature of the product. Sujal Dairy believes that “Safal Cow Ghee” will become a preferred choice among consumers due to its quality, unique taste, and purity.
