The 3rd Spirit Nepal International Yoga Festival will take place from November 7 to 10, 2024, in Kahun Danda, Pokhara.

Organizers said that over 250 participants from more than 40 countries will attend the event. YogConnection Nepal has organized the festival with Prachaar Nepal and Specks14 Event Company.

The festival aims to promote global wellness, foster personal growth, and celebrate cultural unity by integrating yoga, meditation, and holistic healing with artistic and musical performances.

The festival will feature over 20 mentors, including international yoga coaches like Dayana Solano, Miss Universe Glamorous 2023 and top female yoga influencer in the UAE, and Chetna Joshi Tiwari, Mrs India World 2023, along with Sonia Azad, a two-time Emmy Award-winning journalist.

The program will also include sessions on energy healing, sound baths, kirtans, and laughter yoga led by experts like Eve van Dalen, Angel Wicky, and Raghav.

Musical performances are also set to happen with artists like Canadian singer Lilly Mason and her band, Germany’s Daniel Kantha, and Nepali EDM producer DJ Monikab offering performances.

The festival will also feature cultural activities, including a shamanic sound healing session and fire performances.

Supported by the Nepal Tourism Board and other local entities, the 3rd Spirit Nepal International Yoga Festival is set to be a truly memorable event.

This four-day celebration of wellness, connection, and cultural unity will showcase local talent and foster international collaboration, all in the breathtaking natural beauty of Nepal.
